DO I HAVE TO HAVE A BOX EVERY WEEK?  No.  You are welcome to have one as often, or infrequently as you wish. WHEN IS THE ORDER DEADLINE?  Saturday night for the following Tuesday delivery.  An order can never be in too early! DO I HAVE TO BE IN WHEN THE BOX IS DELIVERED?  No.  We are happy to leave it wherever you ask us to!  Most people ask us to leave it in a porch, shed, round the back, or even outside with a bin bag to protect it from the weather. HOW DO I PAY?  We are happy to take payment on delivery, but are also happy to take it in advance!  We take cash and cheques (made out to Stoneage Organics) but regret we can't take cards. BACS payments welcomed. DO I HAVE TO RING IN AN ORDER EVERY WEEK?  No.  Most people, once they've had a few boxes, ask us to deliver one every week/fortnight unless they tell us to the contrary.  You can ring every week, though, if you have a more irregular lifestyle.  All we ask is to know before the order deadline please. WHY DO I ALWAYS GET THE ANSWERPHONE WHEN I RING?  As our phone number is widely advertised on the internet, we get a huge amount of junk calls.  No, I will NOT do your survey!  No, you can NOT have my bank details!  We do try to answer as many calls as possible, but all messages are returned asap.  Emails are welcomed! CAN I COLLECT A BOX FROM THE FARM?  Yes, but only if it is ordered by Saturday night for collection on the following Tuesday. DO YOU HAVE A FARM SHOP?  No, sorry! WHAT'S THAT IN MY VEG BOX?  If we put something in the boxes which we think you might not recognise, we try to put something about it in the most recent newsletter.  We also try to put a photo and description on our Facebook page. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? Yes, currently £9.00
